Job Description:

Mighty Kids Supplements is a fast-growing family-run business, achieving around £10M revenue in its second year of trading, with a customer base of over 100k.

We are seeking a candidate who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of nutritional principles or dietary supplements is an advantage.

The position is for 20-40 hours per week, fully remote with flexible hours. It is intensive and requires motivation and commitment. You will be part of a team of 5, handling messages from over 100k customers.

Availability on Tuesdays and Fridays (6 hours at any time) is required, along with one Saturday per month (8 hours).

Experience in marketing and familiarity with Canva for social media content creation may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email and Instagram
• Provide knowledgeable answers regarding products, pricing, and availability
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs
• Data entry across various platforms
