RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively resolving customer queries.
  • Taking incoming telephone calls.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Other customer service and administration tasks.
  • Assisting sister company (Forward Products) with customer service and administration tasks.
  • Covering for team members who are out of the office.

KEY SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to see queries through from start to satisfactory completion.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Technical aptitude and a keen ability to understand and communicate product features effectively.
  • Warm, friendly and empathetic attitude.
  • Team player who goes the extra mile.
  • Efficient telephone and email manner.
  • Demonstrates humility, ambition, and strategic thinking (Humble, Hungry, Smart).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to respond to enquiries quickly, efficiently and accurately.
  • IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
