Salary: up to £28k + bonus + overtime!
Working a rotating weekly shift - Monday to Friday
Week 1 = 0600hrs to 1400hrs
Week 2 = 10am to 1800hrs
1 in 4 Saturdays 0700hrs to 1200hrs @ overtime (time and a half)

About the Role:
As a key point of contact for our valued customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support across all customer interactions. You’ll help ensure that our service department runs smoothly by coordinating bookings, updating customers on the progress of repairs, and supporting the team with administrative duties.
Provide outstanding service to customers both in person and over the phone
Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer inquiries
Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely communication on repairs and maintenance
Accurately input and manage data in our service systems
Handle invoices, warranties, and general administrative support
Assist in resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive or transport industry is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Competence with Microsoft Office and customer management systems
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset
