Your company

You will be joining a dynamic, busy, and successful business that supplies to the construction industry. This is a permanent role based in their Evesham office, working with a friendly and helpful team.

Your role

  • Processing a high volume of product orders.
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
  • Checking that prices and contracts are up-to-date.
  • Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach objectives.
  • Making and taking outgoing calls to and from customers and suppliers.
  • Responding to high volumes of emails.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the office.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
  • Confidence in using the phone to contact customers and receive calls.
  • Hard-working, resilient, and focused with a willingness to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high regard for customer service.
  • Polite, courteous manner with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
