The role involves supporting customers via phone, email and web chat, delivering first-time resolutions, and working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Customer Service Representative

Up to £30k DOE | Full Time

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and finding solutions? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy and supportive Operations Team.

You'll be a key point of contact for customers, handling everything from account queries and appointments to technical questions and complaints. Most importantly, you'll take ownership of each enquiry and see it through from start to finish.
