Sika AG Welwyn Garden City is inviting applications for a Customer Service Reception Apprentice to gain hands‑on experience in front‑of‑house duties, administration and office coordination while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, support meeting room organisation and order processing, and contribute to a friendly, professional team under a dedicated mentor.

• Supporting mail handling, meeting-room organisation and office supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting visitors and managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth.
• Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the relevant departments.

• Assisting with internal communications and supporting the Customer Service team with order processing and queries.
