Job summary

Sodexo in Addlestone is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to deliver a five-star experience for employees and visitors. You will support day-to-day operations, maintain a welcoming environment and assist with reception duties in a prestigious corporate setting.

We value proactive, patient customer service and teamwork; prior reception or facilities experience helps. SIA, First Aid, Manual Handling and DSE training are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in reception, facilities or guest services is desirable.
• Required: SIA, First Aid, Manual Handling and DSE training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage registration, passes and reception duties.
• Answer calls and provide a professional switchboard service.
• Manage mail, parcels, couriers and office supplies.
• Support meeting room bookings and catering coordination.
• Log helpdesk requests and monitor progress.
• Support site security, access control, keys and CCTV when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-presented workplace.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues and external suppliers.
