Job summary

GRW Talent Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a manufacturing client based near Hamilton. You will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues, handling inquiries and preparing accurate quotations.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will keep CRM/MRP/ERP records up to date, support the Sales team and assist with work orders to help ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or administration with strong attention to detail and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries quickly and aim to resolve on first contact.
• Understand products and services to provide accurate answers.
• Prepare pricing and quotations based on supply chain costs with colleagues.
• Create and update Work Orders and raise internal and external purchase orders.
• Record customer interactions and keep CRM, MRP and ERP accurate.
• Report on customer account trends to support forecasting.
• Support Sales team during customer visits and manage sales opportunities.
