Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator for the Corby head office of a manufacturing company with over 40 years in the field. You will support the Technical Sales Manager and production team, handling quotations (including CAD drawings), processing orders, invoicing, and CRM upkeep.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) with CAD knowledge preferred. Immediate start; temporary with potential to become permanent; friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration or Order Processing.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
• CAD knowledge or willingness to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute quotations including CAD drawings to customers.
• Process quotations to orders on in-house system and liaise with production.
• Prepare invoices and proformas; raise purchase order numbers.
• Ensure all paperwork is ready for each order before distribution.
• Maintain and update the CRM system; support sales team with leads.
• Handle general admin duties to support Sales & Production.
