Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Supply Chain - Customer Representative in Warwick. The role involves processing quotations and orders, ensuring timely ERP updates, and maintaining proactive customer communication.

You will liaise with internal teams to meet customer needs, support pricing inquiries, and ensure compliance with export and customs regulations in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain discipline is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office desired.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, sales orders and documents in the ERP system within agreed timescales.
• Communicate progress and plan to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
• Identify training needs with manager/super user to maintain knowledge of required functions.
• Organise and chair meetings with the customer to ensure high levels of service.
• Maintain understanding of Export, Control and Customs compliance and current regulations.
• Assist with pricing queries by researching costs and preparing clear information.
• Support Management with administrative tasks as necessary.
