We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Norwich contact centre on a temporary basis until late December, with potential extension.

This full-time, 40-hour per week role requires handling high volumes of calls, coordinating appointments, and delivering excellent customer service. Shifts run between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with some weekend work, and the role is office-based in Norwich.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or busy office environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
• The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends.
