Job summary

DD Group is seeking a confident Customer Service & Sales Advisor to support Dental Directory customers across the UK. You’ll handle orders, product questions and resolve issues while spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

In this fast-paced role you’ll balance excellent service with a commercial mindset, striving to hit individual and team targets and contribute to the wider sales goals. Commission is enhanced monthly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Commercial mindset with ability to upsell.
• Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR/regulatory requirements is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service across channels (phone, email, web chat).
• Respond to enquiries; own queries through to resolution.
• Handle complaints and escalations, aiming for positive outcomes for customer and business.
• Process orders accurately, following procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
