• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone or email.
• Proactive in identifying sales opportunities and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service across channels (phone, email, web chat).
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues to meet customer needs and compliance.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and grow account spend.
• Process orders accurately and maintain accurate records.
• Represent DD Group professionally and contribute to KPIs.
