Job summary

CTS Dental Supplies is seeking a confident Customer Account Manager to join our office-based team in Redhill, Surrey. You will manage a portfolio of dental practice customers, build relationships via phone and email, and help customers maximise the value of CTS products.

Ideal candidates will have telesales or account management experience, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, with confidence in meeting KPIs and targets. Full product training provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in telesales, account management, customer service or sales.
• Ability to influence and build trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Building strong relationships through regular telephone and email contact.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Following up quotations, promotions and customer enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM system.
• Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Purchasing, Accounts and Customer Service to support customer needs.
