Qualifications

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Operator to join our existing team to help deliver support to clients via phone and email. Prior experience in healthcare is not required as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Position Details

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday) based onsite in our Bracknell office, from 8am to 4pm.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, appropriately dealing with any queries.
  • Handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
  • Involved in administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions, referral letters, and other health documentation.
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded and stored in line with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with call handling/contact centre work is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the phone.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
