Job summary

NFU Mutual Mourneview Agency in Downpatrick/Ballynahinch is seeking a Customer Service advisor and Business Operations support. Salary depends on experience. This permanent, full-time role is office based with Monday–Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends, at Mourneview Agency.

You will handle customer interactions, review policies, provide quotations, and support day-to-day operations within a friendly environment. Applicants should have five GCSEs including English and Maths, be proficient with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs including English and Maths (C or above).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Previous office experience desirable.
• Commercial awareness and business development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deal with existing and potential customers, introducing NFU Mutual products.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate communications.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Provide efficient administrative and operational support to enable the business to run smoothly.
