Job summary

Concentrix in Widnes is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting 21 September 2026. You will support a well-known supermarket partner, handling inbound calls and end-to-end work orders.

The role requires basic facilities management terminology, strong communication, and digital literacy. Salary is £25,480–£26,520 with potential earning up to £27,642 and a fully flexible day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in Facilities Management, Contact Centre, Customer Service or Retail.
• Strong problem-solving ability and quick thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and manage inbound calls and escalate work orders.
• Manage end-to-end work order escalations, including ETA queries.
• Make outbound calls to suppliers for updates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assess urgency/risk of site and supplier escalations, especially for safety matters.
