A leading ethical bank is looking for a Customer Service Officer in Sheffield to enhance customer experience. This part-time role involves engaging with customers, supporting digital transformation, and participating in community outreach. Applicants should have strong customer service skills and experience. Location: Sheffield (Ad-hoc support in Chesterfield)
Contract: FTC 12 Months
Hours: Part Time - 18 hours per week Thursday, Friday or Monday (9am- 4pm) alternate Saturdays (8:30am– 12pm)
Salary: £23,000 pro rata
