Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Isleworth - Office Based 5 days per week

Salary: £35,000-£55,000 + £5,000 Bonus

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Are you a strong leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?

Our client Robot Coupe, one of the largest manufacturers of state-of-the-art catering equipment, is looking for an ambitious, effective, and experienced customer sales/service office manager to join their dynamic team.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Manager to lead our sales and customer service team. You will manage a team of four, supporting both external customers and our external sales force, while ensuring a seamless order and service process from enquiry to fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of four in a busy customer service and sales environment.
  2. Oversee all customer communications including phone, email, and website queries.
  3. Process and manage customer orders using Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  4. Coordinate demo requests, reseller agreements, and customer logins.
  5. Liaise with the Sales and Finance Managers on daily and monthly operational updates.
  6. Manage monthly reporting, end-of-month invoicing, and annual price updates.
  7. Oversee service functions including repairs, estimates, collections, and warranty reporting.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration leadership role.
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Dynamics GP (or similar ERP system).
  5. Ability to manage processes and people with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
