Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Doncaster team. You will be the first point of contact for customer accounts, handling queries, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional service while managing pricing and delivery information.

You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling collaborative relationships and high-quality service.
• Understanding of rail or logistics sector is advantageous, with experience on e-commerce or B2B platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, resolving queries and processing orders.
• Handle pricing, delivery information, and end-to-end order processing to drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, manage complaints, and ensure swift resolution within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records and identify patterns in service failures to support process improvements.
