Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group in Doncaster is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to bridge customers on our e-commerce site with internal operations. Based at Trax Park, you will handle complex order inquiries and collaborate with the Commercial team.

The role emphasises process improvements, training the team on e-commerce procedures, and delivering an exceptional online customer experience to support sales growth in the rail sector.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze e-commerce data and metrics.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and customers.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools; Shopify/Magento desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to align with growth targets.
• Drive traffic, conversion, and online revenue through digital channels.
• Ensure an optimised online user experience and customer journey improvements.
• Analyse online sales trends and present data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing on SEO, SEM, email, and social campaigns.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve platform issues with the wider business.
• Report KPIs like sales, traffic, CAC, and LTV to senior management.
