Job summary

Pertemps Plymouth is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Co-ordinator to join a busy, expanding business in Plympton. This part-time role runs Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 4:00pm, offering varied daily tasks from coordinating deliveries to supporting customers and drivers.

You'll manage UK deliveries, liaise with logistics partners, prepare quotations, and help maintain high service levels. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service or logistics, strong communication,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, sales support or a similar role.
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK and confidence working with locations, routes and distances to support effective delivery planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
