SportPursuit is seeking a Danish or Swedish speaker to join our UK-based Customer Champions team in a fully remote position. The role focuses on multilingual customer support, site language copy, and collaboration with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising to tailor the onsite experience for your market.

No prior experience is required, but fluency and a proactive attitude are essential. The position offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment within a high-growth sports retail

• Delivery of first class customer service for our customers, by responding to customer queries through social media, live chat, email and phone. This role will also include responding to some UK and other international customer queries.
• Be the "internal champion" - perform a daily check on the website, check sales available, product available, choice of imagery etc
• You will help with translations including, but not limited to: sale titles, sale descriptions, marketing copy and any other onsite copy.

We are currently specifically looking for Danish or Swedish speakers to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract ending 29th January 2027.

This is a fully remote role based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Champion you will be responsible for responding to any customer queries in your language as well as some local language copy for your market. You will also be an internal champion for your territory, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to make sure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.

To be successful in this role you must have:
