VWFS UK is seeking a customer services specialist to support over customers in the lifecycle of finance agreements. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, update customer data, and work with multiple departments to maintain high service standards.

The role emphasises FCA regulatory awareness, accuracy in processing, and a strong customer-service mindset to ensure seamless outcomes for clients.

Qualifikationen
