VWFS UK is seeking customer service professionals to support customers through the lifecycle of finance agreements. You will handle phone and email enquiries, manage data, and liaise with internal teams to drive customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses, and adherence to regulatory guidelines, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining customer trust.

Formación

• Strong phone manner and clear written communication.
• Ability to switch between teams and processes with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of data protection and consumer credit acts (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and update customer data accurately within guidelines.
• Liaise with VWFS departments to resolve issues.
• Handle end-of-contract options and document validation tasks.
• Update systems with account activity and maintain audit trails.
• Work within authority levels and escalate when needed.
