VWFS UK is recruiting for a Customer Services role within our UK team. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, manage data, and support the end-to-end journey of Volkswagen Group finance and aftersales products.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer enquiries by phone/email
• Ability to enter and manage customer data accurately
• Understanding of FCA regulations is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email
• Enter and handle customer data with speed and accuracy
• Maintain liaison with other VWFS UK departments
• Understand and apply FCA regulations relevant to the role
• Admin tasks: validate documents, process end-of-contract options
• Update systems with account activity details
• Work within set authority levels and escalate when needed
• Switch between processes as required
• Respond to email/admin queries and use telephony to resolve outcomes
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Provide proactive service with strong product knowledge
