VWFS UK is seeking a customer service professional to support customers through the finance lifecycle and aftersales products, mainly by phone and email.

You will work with multiple VWFS teams to resolve enquiries, validate documents, update systems, and provide clear, proactive service while maintaining FCA and data protection standards.

This role offers a collaborative environment with ongoing development and a strong focus on helping customers move smoothly from application to end of contract.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer interactions by phone and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Understanding of data protection and consumer credit considerations is desirable.
• Ability to switch between processes and teams while maintaining high service levels.
