Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a dedicated Customer Services professional to support customers through the lifecycle of finance agreements and aftersales processes. You will respond to enquiries by phone and email, update records with precision, and coordinate with multiple VWFS departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive service mindset are essential. The role emphasizes timely responses and compliant handling of customer data within FCA

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter/handle customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with VWFS and other departments.
• Process end-of-contract options and changes to customer agreements.
• Update systems with account activity and maintain documentation.
