VWFS UK is seeking a customer service professional to handle enquiries by phone and email across the lifecycle of finance agreements. You will manage customer data, support internal departments, and apply regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.

Responsabilités

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and manage customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with VWFS and other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of FCA/Consumer Credit Act as relevant.
• Process end-of-contract options and update customer records.
• Ensure proper use of systems and respond to admin queries.
