Order Processing/Export Coordinator

I am working with a fabulous organisation in need of support in their sales processing/export team. The role will require a high level of customer service, attention to detail and strong communication skills and will offer a wide range of benefits in return.

The successful applicant will be joining a small and friendly team and will ensure that all customer orders and enquiries are processed in a timely manner, with customer service being the main priority.

You will be responsible for maintaining the brands reputation and serving as the link between the business and their customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing sales orders received via various channels, with precision.
  • Demonstrating clear focus and attention to detail from order acknowledgement to despatch and invoicing.
  • Addressing both internal and external customer concerns/escalation with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolving issues efficiently, applying a root cause and continuous improvement approach.
  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, staying updated on policies and industry standards.
  • Providing administrative support to external sales teams and regional account managers.
  • Running reports to ensure a proactive approach to order management.
  • Preparing and processing all required shipping documentation, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Collaborating with freight forwarders and logistics teams to streamline export operations.
  • Supporting internal training and best practice sharing around export processes where necessary.

Ideally you will have proven experience in international trade, logistics or export operations, however, training will be provided.
