Saxon Agriculture (a GrainCorp business) is a vibrant and successful grain, organics and seed trading business based at Swaffham in Norfolk.

Reporting to the Customer Scheduling and Administration Manager and based out of our office in Swaffham we are looking for a Domestic Import/Export Coordinator to join the team in a permanent capacity. Responsibilities of this role include;

• Coordination of the import and export process, ensuring customs and business compliance
• Coordinate with the International Execution team, suppliers, agents & superintendents
• Assist with audits and maintain accurate import and export records
• Foster relationships with key service providers and internal stakeholders and look to improve processes

About your experience
Our successful candidate will come to us with International import and export logistics experience ideally within in agribusiness. Other key skills and experiences we are looking for are:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building and communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
