Qualifications

  • Qualified RVN or MRCVS required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in customer service or veterinary technical support is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via careline, supporting veterinary professionals, pet owners, farmers, wholesalers and retailers.
  • Provide technical and quality enquiries support related to the product portfolio.
  • Regular training to maintain product knowledge and market understanding.
  • Accurate administration and CRM record-keeping for technical, quality and pharmacovigilance enquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, wholesalers and distributors in the UK and ROI on order processing and related inquiries.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team at our scenic Northamptonshire office. This role is a 12:month fixed term contract, 22.5 hours per week.

The Role
  • First point of contact for the Companys customers via our careline supporting Veterinary professionals, Pet owners, Farmers, Wholesalers and Retailers, delivering a high level of customer service and efficiency in support of their enquiries.
  • Working in collaboration with our team of vets, provide support for technical and quality enquiries related to our product portfolio and associated services.
  • Continually invest in technical knowledge and understanding of our product portfolio and related market through regular training.
  • Timely and accurate administration including but not limited to recording of activity relating to Technical, Quality and Pharmacovigilance enquiries on the companies CRM (Creatio).
  • Work closely with our external suppliers, wholesalers and distributors within the UK and ROI, in relation to direct supply of our products and services, execute timely and accurate administration including sales order processing, order acknowledgements, invoicing, raising credits, debits and resolving customer enquiries relating to general supply.
