Job summary

Catering in Towcester, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Registered Veterinary Nurse) on a 12-month fixed term contract for 22.5 hours per week. The role supports veterinary professionals, pet owners, farmers, wholesalers and retailers in a busy careline.

You will work with veterinarians on technical and quality enquiries, maintain product knowledge through training, and log activities in the CRM (Creatio). Hybrid working and a dog-friendly office are offered.

Qualifications

• RVN or MRCVS registered veterinary nurse.
• Experience in Customer Service or veterinary technical support.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via careline with high service levels.
• Support technical and quality enquiries in collaboration with veterinary team.
• Maintain product portfolio knowledge through regular training.
• Record activity in the CRM (Creatio) accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with UK/ROI suppliers and distributors on sales orders and enquiries.
