Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Cosham on a hybrid basis after probation. The role starts at £27,980 per year with opportunities to progress to over £32,000 within 12–24 months. Full-time hours on a rota, with shifts between 7:45am and 8:45pm.

Start date is 11 January 2027. You will manage a varied caseload, provide empathetic customer support, and ensure cases are resolved within agreed timeframes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using systems.
