Confidential in Cosham is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a growing team on a full-time rota. The role offers hybrid working after the probation period and a starting salary of £27,980, with opportunities to progress to over £32,000 within months.

You will manage a varied caseload, provide empathetic help to customers, and maintain accurate records while working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality service. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
