What We Offer:

Role Overview:

As a Cruise Customer Service Exeuctive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email.
  • Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings.
  • Managing booking amendments and changes.
  • Completing any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary.
  • Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
  • Knowledge and understanding of Cruise Industry/Travel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)

  • Cruise industry expertise: Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of the cruise market.
  • Strong organisational skills: Professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving ability: Capable of managing complaints and finding amicable resolutions.
  • Target-driven mindset: Able to meet and exceed goals.
  • Team player: Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
