Job summary

Just Temps is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Sudbury, Suffolk to support export customers from order entry to dispatch. This temporary role, with a view to permanent for the right candidate, is full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift, with starting pay of £15.94 per hour.

You will be the on-site point of contact for export customers and distributors, processing orders, liaising with credit control, warehouse, and production, and handling enquiries with accurate shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience and SAP experience required.
• Practical, hands-on and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process orders onto SAP and ensure despatch of orders.
• Coordinate with credit control on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production to meet requirements.
• Respond to all enquiries promptly.
• Provide shipping information and required documentation.

Customer Service Executive - We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our client based in Sudbury, Suffolk on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role

The role is to be the point of contact on site for their Export customers and distributors from processing the orders onto the system until goods have been despatched from the factory. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, day shift. The starting pay rate is £15.94 per hour.

Duties

• Processing orders onto SAP - (previous experience is required)
• Ensuring orders are despatched
• Working with credit control to check any outstanding payments
• Working closely with warehouse, production and ensuring requirements are met
• Deal with all enquiries
• Advice shipping information and documentation

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience and experience using SAP is essential
• Practical, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks within the department
• Own transport is essential due to the location
