Kick It Out is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their Supporter Services team at the American Express Stadium in Brighton. This role involves providing exceptional service to fans, supporting bookings for various club products, and upselling services. The ideal candidate will thrive in busy environments, especially on matchdays, and possess excellent communication skills. Benefits include complimentary meals, holiday entitlements, and access to training opportunities.
Salary: £24,000 per annum (rising to £25,000 upon successful completion of probation) plus bonus opportunity.
Hours: 35 hours per week plus all home matches (time in lieu after 5 matches).
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton.
Contract Type: Permanent.

Our Supporter Services team is dedicated to helping our passionate fanbase. As a Customer Service Executive, you will support bookings for club commercial products including tickets, tours, parking, memberships, vouchers, and mascots. You’ll be the first point of contact for fan inquiries, providing support via phone, email, and webchat. You will proactively upsell our products, focusing on exceeding budgets and targets. Additionally, you will own a specific area such as Stadium Tours, Player Mascots, Supporters' Clubs, or Group Bookings.
