Customer Service Executive Vacancy

Salary: £24,000 per annum (rising to £25,000 upon successful completion of probation), plus bonus opportunity of £2,000 per annum.

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including first 5 home match days; subsequent match days can be taken as time off in lieu)

Location: North stand offices at the American Express Stadium, Brighton

Role Overview

Are you excited about creating and delivering legendary customer experiences? Join our award-winning Supporter Services team, acting as the first point of contact for fans via phone, in person, and online. You will proactively upsell club products such as tours and memberships.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or sales, are comfortable in busy environments (especially on matchdays), and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
