Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries from customers
  • Processing bookings and updating internal systems accurately

  • Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and collections
  • Building rapport with new and returning clients
  • Handling queries and resolving issues with a calm and professional approach
