Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Executive

We are excited to be working with a family-run and growing plant hire business in Haddenham, to recruit a Customer Service / Sales Executive to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities include:

  1. Work closely with the field sales team to organise client visits.
  2. Follow up with customers on orders to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with the Hire team to provide quotes.
  4. Develop sales strategies with the sales team and follow up with lapsed clients.
  5. Send qualified leads to account managers for follow-up.
  6. Accurately record all information on the company database.

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for people.
