Job summary

Tenpin in Warrington is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a standout guest experience across reception bookings, events and bar service. You’ll be proactive, friendly and ready to help with queries, upsell opportunities, and a smile that keeps the lanes busy.

You’ll work across departments, from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke, supporting food and drink service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all ages.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised, strong attention to detail and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across departments.
• Prepare food and drinks and maintain cleanliness in the venue.
