Job summary

Breedon Group plc is recruiting for a Customer Services Agent at our site in Wrexham. You will manage customer orders, coordinate production and transport plans, and support a balanced distribution strategy to meet customer requirements.

Ideally you bring strong communication, multi-tasking, and data analysis skills, with experience in MS Office and CRM systems. The role emphasises customer-focused service, safety, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in logistics or distribution planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of production and transport availability to influence distribution planning.
• Capture and process customer orders accurately in Breedon’s systems.
• Build and optimize a distribution plan to meet customer needs and support efficiency.
• Plan driver rest times and ensure adherence to Health & Safety policy.
• Contact customers day before delivery to confirm orders and schedule.
