Job summary

Breedon Group plc is recruiting a Distribution Coordinator to ensure on-time, in-full delivery while optimising EBIT. You will manage order capture, plan development, and proactive customer communication from the Durham Gate Office, collaborating with Commercial, Operations, and Transport teams.

The role requires strong MS Office and CRM usage, excellent communication, and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on service quality and data integrity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of production and transport availability to influence distribution plans.
• Capture and place customer orders accurately in Breedon’s systems.
• Build and optimise distribution plans to meet customer needs and coordinate with Commercial/Operations/Transport teams.
