Job summary

Breedon Group plc is seeking a proactive Distribution Co-Ordinator to join the Asphalt & Aggregates team at Treforest Office. You will ensure customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries coordinated efficiently and customers receive excellent service from enquiry through to delivery.

In this busy role you will work closely with planning, production, commercial and haulage teams to deliver the right product to the right place at the right time, while maintaining accurate records in the

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics or distribution.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of asphalt, aggregates or construction materials is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and process orders accurately.
• Coordinate and track deliveries while keeping customers informed of progress and delays.
• Work collaboratively with the Planning Team to schedule and reschedule orders effectively.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and update orders within the Excalibur system.
• Process cash sales and ensure payment records are accurate.
• Liaise with commercial, production and haulage teams to ensure successful order fulfilment.
• Support colleagues and provide administrative assistance as required.
