• Strong experience in planning

• IT Literate
• Excel & Word experience
• SAP experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Handle and log customer calls efficiently according to procedure
• Build strong relationships with customers, engineers and colleagues
• Keep customers regularly updated on work status
• Maintenance Planning
• Allocate and monitor progress of all incoming planned and unplanned work
• Record and monitor VOR trucks; escalate when required
• Absence planning of engineers with ASM
• Process engineers’ timesheets; check for accuracy, productivity, overtime
• Ensure chargeable work has a PO number and cleanse error logs
• Review team resource and skill matrix with ASM
• Participate in internal meetings
• Monitor engineers’ performance and escalate to ASM where appropriate
• Maintain and amend Customers CRM database
• Proactive follow up of quotations for external repairs
• Promote health, safety and welfare; champion a safety-first culture
