Job summary

Red Door Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team on a maternity cover contract for approximately 9 months. This is a fast-paced and varied role that offers full training and the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with £14.35 per hour and on-site parking. Applicants must be available to start within two weeks and hold a full UK driving license with access to their

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administration role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email
• Monitoring and updating internal systems to ensure all requests and tasks are managed accurately and efficiently
• Coordinating and allocating requests to the appropriate teams and departments
• Prioritising urgent requests and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner
• Liaising with internal colleagues and external contacts to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
• Monitoring progress and providing updates to customers where required
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date
