What’s involved?



Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities include:

* Process sales orders using a bespoke print MIS – CERM
* Dealing with enquiries and producing quotations.
* To be the main point of contact for a list of clients.
* You will be required to deal with client queries and communicating professionally with the customer when necessary.
* Keeping the business development manager up to date on project status and potential challenges.
* Ability to learn and use a Management Information System (CERM). Previous experience using similar systems would be advantageous.
* A technical mindset to understand print manufacturing processes.
* Experience in the manufacturing sector is an advantage.
* Ideally with a good understanding of materials and print technologies but not a necessity as training will be given.
* Experience managing customers ideally including estimating/quoting.
* Hardworking, with a commitment to going above and beyond for the customer.
* Willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft products.
* Have a professional and approachable manner.
* Has the ability to problem solve and delegate with others.
* Thrives under pressure during peak periods of work.
