Customer Service Coordinator

Are you interested in Nuclear Chemistry? This could be your opportunity to excel as a Customer Service Coordinator and play a vital role in our business success.

As our company grows, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Environmental Science Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and committed Customer Service Coordinator to join our Nuclear Chemistry team. It is essential that you can work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a wider team. While your daily tasks may be similar, the projects you support will constantly change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform assigned tasks independently to meet productivity standards and in accordance with SOPs after full training.
  • Maintain good laboratory practices, following methods, SOPs, local rules, and regulations, and ensuring equipment and safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Conform to the laboratory quality system, specifically UKAS (ISO17025) and MCERTS requirements.
  • Project a professional and courteous image, supporting the business culture and codes of practice at all times.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Good communication skills at all levels and strong organizational abilities.
  • Client focus and a drive for quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
