Customer Service Coordinator x2

Location:

East of England Showground, Peterborough (PE2 6XE)

Work Patterns:

Monday-Friday, Daytime hours (08:30-17:00)

Role Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to booking requests, ensuring service standards and levels are met.
  • Coordinate between customers and DHL Operations to secure vehicle availability for fleet customers.
  • Provide inventory reports for weekly reviews, identifying trends and making recommendations.
  • Support third-party booking agencies with reservations, accessories, and request management.
  • Manage vehicle return processes, inspections, and estimates within KPIs.
  • Deliver excellent customer care with high accuracy, fulfilling administrative duties timely and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal databases and systems.
  • Handle contracts and communication requests within KPIs, taking ownership of requests and queries.
Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills across various levels.
  • Excellent administration and task prioritization skills.
  • Data analytics experience with attention to detail.
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
